The Wemos V1.0 Motor Shield is used to control small DC brushed motors. It can also be used with other resistive or inductive loads. Such as low voltage light bulbs, LED strip lights, solenoids, etc. The attached load must be able to tolerate polarity reversal. The Motor Shield connects to the i2c bus (default address is 0x30). Wemos is an Arduino, even if not officially recognised by Arduino Corp, but that's the role it's fulfilling. Think "AVR-Arduino" and "ESP-Arduino". Of the two, the ESP is by far the more capable in 95%+ of applications, and does not need an AVR in the same circuit. The ESP is impoverished in terms of pins, but more can be added through i2c, and This video focuses on the use and working of a rotary encoder and its connection and working with a Wemos D1 Mini .Github repo link : https://github.com/Viru Using Arduino Project Guidance. Kfo April 14, 2020, 1:44am 1. Hi, So I have a Arduino Mega hooked upto a Wemos D1 Mini, Im using the Wemos as a Wifi shield as I wanted to stop using ethernet for more simplicity. I have the devices connected on SPI, I actually use the SPI header on the Arduino but couldn't get Fritzing to connect to it so did The DS18B20 is a temperature sensor that can be used in various simple projects. This part uses the 1 wire (I2C) bus and you can connect multiple sensors up to your Arduino. The part is also relatively low cost and only requires an additional 4k7 pull up resistor. In the example below we shall make a basic example that reads the temperature and Mhcc.
